FOR TENOR BALLOON AND VOICE

I created For Tenor Balloon and Voice (2009) especially for a performance with vocalist Jennifer Walshe.   It is an improvisational structure with some fixed material .  It was premiered by Jennifer Walshe and myself at the MATA Interval Series, Issue Project Room, Brooklyn, NY in March 2009.   Recorded excerpts of premiere were featured on "Voice of America."  You may listen to the piece on SoundCloud:
